Luke was very polite and efficient. The job was a bit larger than probably expected and he even had to go back and get more water, but returned very promptly to finish the job. Have recommended to family already after the first visit. Very pleased with how clean the conservatory roof is after the first visit, despite being told it may take a couple of times for it to be perfect.
